In this video I will give you some tips and advice on how to start your own labor-only moving hustle.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the things you need to do.

1. Equipment – It’s important that you have the appropriate equipment to help you knockout your jobs. I recommend that you purchase a furniture dolly, 4 way dolly (Slide), 1 dozen moving pads or blankets, and a simple toolkit. You don’t have to have these items to start your hustle but having these things will help you be more successful with your new venture. You can buy all this stuff new or purchased used equipment for a cheaper price on Facebook Market Place, Craigslist, and Offer Up.

2. Lead Generation – How will you generate your business ? I recommend you promote your services on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Movinghelp.com. Outline your services, rates, and experience on all these platforms.

3. Professionalism – be about your business and always be a professional. Always communicate with your customers, be polite, and work hard/smart on the job. If you do these things your hustle will be successful.
