Yes, the controllers can connect in parallel, but they can't connect in series.
Can the inverter be connected with DC load of controller?
No, it can't. It is easy to burn the DC load function if you use the big power home appliances. Please connect the inverter with the battery.
What size MPPT controller do I need for a 200w solar panel?
If you use a 12V battery voltage, 20A MPPT controller can work for a 200w solar panel.
